Terms of Service

Last updated 20 July 2026 · An agreement between you and KINETROPIC FE LLC.

By using KoiSwarm you agree to these terms. Please read them, especially the section on medical advice. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who can use KoiSwarm

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. KoiSwarm is a study aid designed for university-level students, including those in medical programmes.

2. Early access

KoiSwarm is offered in early access. It is under active development, so features may change, break, or be added and removed, and the service may be unavailable at times.

3. Not medical advice

KoiSwarm is an educational study tool, not a source of clinical or medical advice. Its output is generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing in KoiSwarm should be used to diagnose or treat anyone, to make decisions about the care of a real patient, or as a substitute for your own clinical judgement, your supervisors or authoritative medical sources. Always check important information against trusted references.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the material you upload or create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display it solely to operate and improve the service for you, including sending the relevant parts to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for not uploading patient-identifiable or unlawful content.

6. Acceptable use

Do not break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, gain unauthorised access, resell or scrape it, or use it in a way that breaches your institution's academic-integrity rules. Use KoiSwarm to learn, not to cheat.

7. Intellectual property

KoiSwarm, its software, design and branding belong to us and our licensors. These terms grant you no rights in them beyond using the service as intended.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that output is accurate or complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or academic outcomes arising from your use of KoiSwarm. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using KoiSwarm at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where KINETROPIC FE LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. When changes are material we will update the date above. Continuing to use KoiSwarm after an update means you accept the revised terms.
