Privacy Policy

This policy explains what KoiSwarm collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what is reasonably needed to operate the service. Questions can be sent to kinetropic@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and profile information you choose to provide, such as a display name.
• Study material. Slides, PDFs, images, audio and text you provide so KoiSwarm can perform the task you request.
• Interactions and results. Questions, answers, voice recordings used for spoken practice, generated results and the feedback needed to support your workspace and review history.
• Technical data. Standard browser and device information, security events, usage records and error logs used to operate and protect the service.
• Contact requests. The name, email address, topic and message you submit through this website.

How we use information

• To provide notes, questions, explanations, research reports, planning and spoken examinations.
• To keep your workspace, usage balance and generated material available to you.
• To operate, secure, diagnose and improve KoiSwarm.
• To answer support, privacy and partnership requests and to communicate material service changes.

We do not sell personal information or show third-party advertising.

Marketing website

The public website at koiswarm.com is delivered as static files and does not connect to the authenticated KoiSwarm application, its database or its agent backend. The only public form endpoint is an isolated Cloudflare Worker used to deliver contact messages. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to protect that form, and Resend processes the message for email delivery. Contact messages are not stored by the website Worker.

AI processing

The authenticated KoiSwarm application uses artificial-intelligence providers to create the material you request. Relevant parts of your content are processed by providers acting on our behalf. Do not upload patient-identifiable information or sensitive personal data about another person.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes payment, billing and tax information under its own privacy terms. KoiSwarm receives subscription status and transaction references needed to provide the paid plan, but does not receive full payment-card details.

Cookies and local storage

The public marketing site does not use advertising cookies. The authenticated application uses storage and cookies needed for authentication, security and user preferences. If optional analytics are introduced, we will provide the notice and choice required by applicable law.

Service providers

We use established providers for cloud hosting, authentication, databases, storage, payment processing, email delivery, security and AI processing. They may process information on our instructions or, where stated, as an independent controller for their service.

Storage, security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can promise perfect security. Account information is retained while your account is active and afterwards where reasonably required for legal, security and operational needs. Contact messages remain in the receiving mailbox according to our support-retention practices.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Depending on your location, further rights may apply. Send requests to kinetropic@gmail.com.

Children

KoiSwarm is intended for university-level learners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

International processing

KoiSwarm operates internationally. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and provider commitments.
