Oral Exam
Before the examination
Section titled “Before the examination”Choose a topic, source document or question set, then set the level and language. Grant microphone permission and use a quiet environment. You can still review the text transcript after the session.
The examination flow
Section titled “The examination flow”- Prepare the ticket. The agent turns the requested scope into an examiner-ready question structure.
- Ask aloud. Speech is generated for the examiner prompt.
- Transcribe your answer. Speech recognition produces the transcript used by the conversation and grader.
- Follow up. The examiner probes gaps, asks for justification or moves to the next objective.
- Grade content and communication. A grading pass considers the rubric and transcript; language signals can be reported separately from content.
- Create the report. You receive a performance summary, missed points and a model answer for review.
What to pay attention to
Section titled “What to pay attention to”Answer the question before expanding, signpost structure and make uncertainty explicit. Background noise and transcription errors can affect the report, so review the transcript before treating a wording issue as a knowledge gap.
Voice limits
Section titled “Voice limits”Free includes 10 minutes of Oral Exam voice per day. Pro includes 120 minutes per day.
