Credits are shared across KoiSwarm. Short text work and large document or multi-agent runs use different amounts because the work performed is different. Your current balance is shown in the authenticated workspace.
Does Free include every agent?
Yes, Live Talk included. KoiSwarm's Free plan gives you the current specialist set and 10 minutes of Live Talk voice a day. Pro changes the capacity of the workspace: more monthly credits, more concurrent jobs, larger files, and a longer daily Live Talk voice allowance.
Who is Pro for?
KoiSwarm Pro is designed for people who use the workspace throughout the week, work with substantial source files, run several tasks in parallel, or need longer voice practice sessions.
How does annual billing work?
KoiSwarm Pro is $239.88 charged once per year, a $19.99 monthly equivalent. If you prefer to pay month to month, Pro is $24.99 per month.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. The account then returns to the Free plan.
