Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and KINETROPIC FE LLC. By creating an account or using KoiSwarm, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who may use KoiSwarm

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. KoiSwarm is an educational study aid for university-level learners, including students in medical programmes.

2. The service

KoiSwarm is under active development. Features, limits and integrations may change, and the service may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Not medical advice

KoiSwarm is an educational tool, not clinical or medical advice. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Do not use it to diagnose or treat a person, make a patient-care decision or replace authoritative sources, qualified professionals or your own clinical judgement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Credits and limits

Plans include a monthly credit allowance and operational limits. Credit use depends on the agent, input size and work performed. Credits are a service-usage unit, have no cash value, cannot be transferred and ordinarily expire when the applicable allowance resets. We may prevent or stop work that exceeds your current balance or plan limits.

6. Paid subscriptions

Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Paddle. The price, billing interval, applicable taxes and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically for the selected interval. You may cancel through subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not automatically move a Free user to a paid plan without an affirmative purchase.

7. Refunds

Refund and withdrawal rights are provided where required by applicable consumer law and any terms shown by Paddle at checkout. Outside those requirements, fees for an already-started billing period are generally non-refundable. Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged in error.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of material you upload or create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service for you. You must have the right to provide the material and must not upload patient-identifiable, unlawful or infringing content.

9. Acceptable use

Do not break the law, infringe another person’s rights, upload malware, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, bypass security or usage limits, gain unauthorised access, resell or scrape the service, or use KoiSwarm in breach of academic-integrity obligations. Use it to learn, not to cheat.

10. Intellectual property

KoiSwarm’s software, design, documentation and branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you only the limited right to use the service as intended.

11. Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services and connectors. Their availability and separate terms may affect those features. We are not responsible for third-party material you choose to access or connect.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate or complete, that a particular academic result will be achieved, or that the service will always be uninterrupted.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of data, profit or academic outcome arising from KoiSwarm. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using KoiSwarm at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay an amount due, or where required to protect the service or its users. Provisions that should naturally survive termination will survive.

15. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update the terms as KoiSwarm develops and will update the date above.
