One allowance across the workspace
Section titled “One allowance across the workspace”Credits are shared across KoiSwarm rather than purchased separately for each agent. A short text task and a long, multi-stage document run do not cost the same because the work performed is different.

How usage works
Section titled “How usage works”Eligible runs show expected usage before work begins. Completed usage is recorded against the monthly balance. Credits are a service unit, not money: they cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Reset and plan changes
Section titled “Reset and plan changes”The allowance resets on the account’s monthly cycle. Cancelling Pro leaves paid access active until the end of the current billing period, then the account returns to Free.
