Quick start

1. Start with the outcome

Tell KoiSwarm what you need to leave with, not only what the file contains. A useful brief includes:

• the source material;
• the task or exam you are preparing for;
• the output you want;
• any scope, format or deadline that matters.

Example: “Turn these cardiology slides into exam-ready notes, flag claims that may have changed, then make a ten-question USMLE mini-mock for tomorrow.”

2. Pick SuperAgent or a specialist

Use SuperAgent for a brief with several stages. Open a specialist directly when the job is already narrow—for example, “run a spoken viva from this question set.”

3. Check the run

KoiSwarm shows the work as it progresses. A run may extract a file, delegate to a specialist, search for evidence, verify an answer or assemble a final artifact. You can leave the page and return from Chats while longer work continues.

4. Open the output

Generated notes, reports and practice sets appear as cards in the conversation and are kept in Drive. Treat citations, source links and uncertainty notes as part of the answer—not decoration.

Write better briefs

Good prompts are specific about the decision or performance you care about. “Teach me heart failure” is workable. “I keep mixing up preserved and reduced ejection fraction; use this lecture, make a comparison table and test the distinction with four vignettes” gives the agent something sharper to optimise.
