Quick start

1. Start with the outcome

Tell KoiSwarm what you need to leave with, not only what the file contains. A useful brief includes:

• the source material;
• the task or exam you are preparing for;
• the output you want;
• any scope, format or deadline that matters.

Example: “Turn these cardiology slides into exam-ready notes, flag claims that may have changed, then make a ten-question USMLE mini-mock for tomorrow.”

2. Choose written work or Live Talk

Home starts in SuperAgent mode. Use it for a written question or a brief with several stages. Under +, add files, choose material from Drive, or select the specialist you want to use. Ultra is the default response mode; Fast starts answering immediately.

For spoken practice, select Live Talk above the composer. Name a topic or add your slides, choose voice settings under + if needed, then start the session. A slide deck opens a page picker before the call. Switching modes keeps the text and attachments you have already added.

If the brief is a commitment over several days, turn on Goal mode under +, or open Goals → New Goal. Review the proposed outcome, scope and deadline before starting it.

3. Check the run

KoiSwarm shows the work as it progresses. A run may extract a file, delegate to a specialist, search for evidence, verify an answer or assemble a final artifact. You can leave the page and return from Chats while longer work continues.

4. Open the output

Generated notes, reports and practice sets appear as cards in the conversation and are kept in Drive. Open a practice card to answer in its own agent. A spoken session ends with a report that you can return to from Live Talk’s Sessions panel. Treat citations, source links and uncertainty notes as part of the answer—not decoration.

Write better briefs

Good prompts are specific about the decision or performance you care about. “Teach me heart failure” is workable. “I keep mixing up preserved and reduced ejection fraction; use this lecture, make a comparison table and test the distinction with four vignettes” gives the agent something sharper to optimise.
