What Drive keeps

Drive is the persistent layer of the workspace. It keeps uploaded source material and generated artifacts available after the originating conversation is over.

Typical artifacts include:

• structured note sets;
• research reports and source lists;
• examinations and marking guides;
• study plans and recall decks.

Source and output are different objects

An uploaded lecture remains the source. A generated note set is a separate artifact linked to the run that produced it. This separation lets you reuse the same source for a different agent without overwriting the original.

Good workspace hygiene

Use descriptive filenames, keep one authoritative version of a lecture where possible, and start a new run when you need a materially different output. Do not upload patient-identifiable information or material you do not have permission to use.
