Keep patient data out

Do not upload patient-identifiable information, protected health information or sensitive data about another person. De-identification requires more than removing a name; follow your institution’s policy.

Educational use only

KoiSwarm is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Verify important information and follow qualified supervisors, authoritative sources and local guidance.

Public website boundary

The public site at koiswarm.com is built as static HTML and assets. It has no authentication, no Supabase client and no connection to the KoiSwarm agent backend. Its interactive home example is scripted locally and never submits the displayed file or prompt.

The contact form is the exception: it sends the fields you enter to a separate Cloudflare Worker protected by Turnstile, which relays the message through Resend. That Worker does not connect to the authenticated application or store message bodies.

Academic integrity

Use KoiSwarm to learn, practise and interrogate material. Follow course rules for disclosure and permitted assistance. Do not submit generated work as your own where doing so is prohibited.

Account and connector safety

Protect your login, review requested connector permissions and disconnect services you no longer use. Report suspected unauthorised access to kinetropic@gmail.com.
