Workspace basics
Home is the fastest route into the workspace. The composer starts with SuperAgent and the agent row opens specialists directly. Uploads attached here become available to the run that follows.
Conversations
Section titled “Conversations”Every run lives in a conversation. A conversation keeps your brief, uploaded sources, progress events and generated cards together. Continue in the same conversation when the new request depends on the earlier context; start a new one when it does not.
Runs and progress
Section titled “Runs and progress”The progress log describes meaningful stages, such as extracting a document or checking claims. It is not a hidden chain of thought. Stages may complete, retry or return a clear failure. KoiSwarm should never disguise an unfinished run as a finished artifact.
Output cards
Section titled “Output cards”Cards represent durable work: a note set, report, examination, plan or recall deck. Open a card to use the output; find it again later in Drive.
Uploads
Section titled “Uploads”File support depends on the selected agent. Notes accepts PDF and PPTX; Labelling currently requires labelled diagrams embedded in a PPTX; USMLE accepts its supported document and image inputs. File limits depend on your plan. Keep patient-identifiable and other sensitive third-party information out of uploads.
