Workspace basics
Home opens in SuperAgent mode. Type a question or attach your material, then send it to start a new conversation. The SuperAgent / Live Talk control above the composer switches between written work and a spoken session. Your text and attachments stay in place when you switch.
SuperAgent shows Ultra or Fast beside Send. Live Talk has its own voice, language and accent choices under +. Switching to Live Talk changes the heading and background as well as the controls, so you can see which kind of session you are about to start.
The + menu
Section titled “The + menu”In SuperAgent mode, + opens Add files, Choose from Drive, Agents and Goal mode. Choose a specialist when you already know what you need, or leave the choice to SuperAgent. Goal mode starts a persistent study commitment rather than a one-off request.
In Live Talk, + holds attachments, Drive, previously uploaded slides when available, and voice settings. See Live Talk for page selection and continuing a session.
Finding your way back
Section titled “Finding your way back”On a computer or tablet, the rail leads to Home, Chats, Drive, Goals and Forgetting. More holds the agent catalogue and connectors. On a phone, Home is the raised centre button; Drive and the other destinations are under More.
Chats opens past conversations. Live Talk has a separate Sessions panel for spoken sessions and their reports. The panel can be folded away on a wide screen or opened as a sheet on a smaller one. The Goals and Forgetting badges show active commitments and questions due for review.
Conversations
Section titled “Conversations”A SuperAgent conversation keeps your brief, uploaded sources, progress events and generated cards together. Continue in the same conversation when the new request depends on the earlier context; start a new one when it does not. Spoken sessions and practice sets also keep their own history in the agent that runs them.
Runs and progress
Section titled “Runs and progress”The progress log describes meaningful stages, such as extracting a document or checking claims. It is not a hidden chain of thought. Stages may complete, retry or return a clear failure. KoiSwarm should never disguise an unfinished run as a finished artifact.
Output cards
Section titled “Output cards”Cards represent durable work: a note set, report, examination, plan or recall deck. Open a card to use the output; find it again later in Drive.
Uploads
Section titled “Uploads”File support depends on the selected agent. Notes accepts PDF and PPTX; Labelling currently requires labelled diagrams embedded in a PPTX; USMLE accepts its supported document and image inputs. File limits depend on your plan. Keep patient-identifiable and other sensitive third-party information out of uploads.
